An incredibly convenient and handy location close to restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed in comfort queen room with satellite TV, central heating, and an individual safe.

Everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless a few employees were very very bad. Booked a room with all necessities.

Ideal hotel with perfect location to a patisserie down the road, and the breakfast was incredibly nice. Neat, modern room, free Wi-Fi. Exceptionally comfortable bed, simple check-in.

The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with good wi-fi. The staff were incredibly nice and pleasant lot of the time. Coffee & tea makers, a refrigerator, and a washing machine in my twin room were a very thoughtful addition.

Our room was well heated and neat, provided with all necessities, comfy beds plus the heating. Location: the hotel was just off Royale Berbere on Av and a patisserie down the road.

The hotel is overall clean, nestled in a lovely building with a traditional restaurant. The venue's stuff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The airport is 9 miles away.

It is a cute little and ideal property located in 14th arr. District close to a fabulous Saturday food market, restaurants and bakeries and Paris-Orly airport.

Stayed here for 5 nights and didn't want to say goodbye. Spotlessly clean hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed extremely friendly staff. The location was nice, right by cafés, bars, restaurants, wine tasting cellars and the Denfert Rochereau metro and RER station, in a busy area. I ate in the traditional restaurant nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Paris. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from Montparnasse train station and within 5 minutes walk from the metro. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessities. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the modern and tidy decor.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect!

The hotel is very good for solo travellers. Also it is very easy to reach many places from the hotel by walking.

The hotel persons are not able to speak English well.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. Not too touristy, with lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and patisseries very close by. The train station is 5 minutes away and is on a direct line to Charles de Gaulle airport and there is a good metro connection to the rest of Paris from this station. It is close enough to walk to all the main attractions if you choose. We had a fantastic time in Paris and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The "cour intérieure" was a delightful feature. The hotel's proximity to the metro, cafes, and shops made it incredibly convenient. The rooms were reasonably priced and relatively clean. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The transport links were excellent, with easy access to the city and both airports. The residential area was quiet, but there were plenty of quality restaurants, bars, and a great shopping street nearby. The 24-hour reception was a bonus, and the staff even let us store some frozen items in their freezer. it was a great location with lots of amenities.

I felt totally relaxed during my stay, with no reason to complain.

The hotel is brand-new, so the rooms are excelent and well designed. The guys at the reception desk are gentle, even if you don't speak to much French. The hotel is near to Gare Monparnasse and Gaite Street, full of restaurants. We really enjoyed your stay.
